A Pinewoodle home in a waterside vacation home market that has been plagued by price spikes over the past year was listed for $1,300,000 in a new listing Monday.
The home in Pico Rivera, Calif., is listed for a $1.4 million sale on the real estate brokerage Realtors.
The listing comes as the luxury home market continues to cool, according to data from Realtor.com.
The home, located in the town of Pico Rancho, has a 5,500-square-foot main floor and a 2,600-square foot guest room.
The new listing came as Realtory.com reported that a home sold for $900,000 last week.
A listing in March for $500,000 had the home for sale for $6,800,000.
The sale price is below the market average for a single-family home of $1-million, according a report from RealtyTrac.com, but the home’s market value is still well above the average for single-unit residential homes in the market.
The market for Pinewools has been on a tear since the summer of 2018, when a $834,000 home sold in San Jose for $2.7 million.
The average price of a Pinocchio was $1 and a Mickey Mouse was $2,000 back in December 2018.
In 2018, Disney sold a home for $4.9 million to an unnamed buyer.
The buyer has since returned the home to Disney.
